At Grace Generation, we want to raise up young people who passionately make Jesus known in all areas of their lives. Through their freedom in Christ we want them to become ‘a generation without limits.’ A generation who live out their faith in a way that is real, authentic and relevant. The youth ministry at Grace Generation has several facets:
Young & Free
Young & Free is for junior school pupils (aged 11-14). On the first Sunday of the month, Young & Free stay in the main church meeting for the message and to share communion. The three remaining Sundays of the month, we meet in The Loft for games, discussions and teaching adapted to their age group
Souled Out is for all youth 11 – 18, meeting every Friday night in The Loft. Hanging out, making friends and having LOTS of banter are what Souled Out is all about. We also have special larger Souled Out events on a regular basis.
Miss Sisterhood is for girls of secondary school age (11-18 years old). It is a place of acceptance and trust where girls can develop their relationship with Jesus and each other. We meet monthly and have created a space to nurture and encourage the unique potential within every girl. Our heartbeat is to place value upon womanhood. Our mandate is to gather a company of girls who recognise and believe in their potential. Our adventure is to make the world a better place. Our desire is to love God, be kind to His children and make Him famous throughout the entire earth.
Our youth ministry is led by Rik and Julie Ann McGreevy, who are totally dedicated to seeing our young people grow in their faith, and truly care about each young person they encounter.
