At Grace Generation, we want to champion young people who passionately make Jesus known in all areas of their lives. Through their identities and freedom in Christ, we want them to become ‘a generation without limits.’ A generation who live out their faith in a way that is confident, authentic and relevant. The youth ministry at Grace Generation has several facets:
Young & Free
Young & Free is for junior school pupils (aged 11-14 years). On the first Sunday of each month, Young & Free stay in the main church meeting for the message and to share communion. The remaining Sundays of the month, they meet in The Loft for games, discussions and teaching.
Souled Out is for all youth (aged 11 – 18 years), meeting every Friday night in The Loft. Hanging out, making friends and having LOTS of banter is what Souled Out is all about. There are also special larger Souled Out events held on a regular basis.
Miss Sisterhood is for girls of secondary school age (11-16years old). It is a place of acceptance and trust where girls can develop their relationship with Jesus and each other. Miss Sisterhood meets monthly (every 3rd Friday) and we have created a space to nurture and encourage the unique potential within every girl. Our desire is to place value upon girls and to equip them to overcome the lies and pressures facing teenage girls in this generation.
Strength is for boys of secondary school age (11-16years old). Meeting monthly (every 3rd Friday), it’s a time and space to hang out, chat about God and discuss challenges and opportunities in life, from a guy’s perspective. Pizza is also a very firm regular on the Strength menu…
