Please do not attend church if you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as a cough, breathing difficulties, high temperature or loss of taste/smell. Likewise, if you are self-isolating for any reason please stay at home.

Registration information

To make registration as easy and familiar as possible we have set out the following process for the release of seats…

Registration opens each Sunday at 6pm* for the two services on the following weekend. It will close three days later on Wednesday at 6pm, to allow our team time to prepare the building and arrange the assigned seating.

Before you join us in-person again please read the information below carefully. When registering you will be asked to confirm you are happy to comply with all the guidelines and safety measures in place, including the notices in red relating to COVID-19 symptoms.

* If you are registering your child for Kids Church or Young & Free, you can register from 5pm for the 10am service.

Share the love (and seats)

Please register for only one service. The purpose of this additional service time is to allow as many people as possible to attend in line with health & safety guidelines.

Register your household and one other bubbling household only

To assist us with social distancing and our seating plan, please only register those who live within your household. If you are assisting someone else by registering for them, please complete a separate booking.

Service Times & Doors

Services will start at 10am & 12noon, and last approximately one hour. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the service starting, we ask everyone to please arrive and be ready to enter at this time.

Kids & Youth

Blast (Kids Church) and Young & Free (Youth) run during the 10am service only. Registration is required for both.

Family Room

Unfortunately, the Family Room will not be available at the moment.

Tea & Coffee

Unfortunately, we will not be serving tea/coffee before or after the service at the moment.

Unable to attend after registering?

If you register but are no longer able to attend for any reason please email info@gracegeneration.co.uk as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat(s).

Health & Safety

  • NEW – Face coverings are mandatory when entering/exiting all buildings, at all times. Coverings are optional during service.
  • Please maintain social distancing at all times where possible. This includes queuing to enter the building, throughout the service, and exiting the building after.
  • Automatic hand sanitisers will be available at the entry and exit doors, we would ask everyone to please use these upton entering and exiting the building.
  • The Host Team will usher you to your pre-assigned seating using a one-way system. Please respect this system at all times and do not change your seat.
  • Masks will be available but feel free to bring your own face covering.
  • Collective worship (singing) will be included in the service.
  • At the end of the service, our Host Team will assist you in exiting with social distancing via the one-way system.
  • Please refraining from lingering especially at the doorway.
